This year, The Oakleaf Group proudly celebrates a significant milestone – our 15-year anniversary. What began in 2007 as a two-man operation with a clear mission has grown to become a national leader in mortgage consulting. This transformative journey was fueled by our dedication to providing unparalleled risk modeling services to the mortgage and financial services industries, always rooted in integrity, quality, and transparency.
Over the past decade and a half, we’ve continually adapted and innovated to meet the needs of a dynamic market. Our expertise has expanded to encompass a wide range of areas including servicing and origination compliance, loan review, financial modeling, data analytics, and litigation support. Our client base, too, has grown significantly from our initial partnership with Fannie Mae to a diverse portfolio including banks, non-bank mortgage lenders, credit unions, asset-managers, investors, and more.
The strength of our team is central to our success. Their commitment to our clients’ success has helped Oakleaf to thrive these past 15 years. As a testament to our team’s dedication, we’ve been Certified™ by Great Place to Work® in the United States for 2023. This prestigious recognition reflects the positive work culture we’ve nurtured at Oakleaf, where over 91% of our employees agree it’s a great place to work, a figure significantly higher than the 57% average in U.S. companies.
One of the key roles that has contributed to our growth and success is the Senior Residential Mortgage-Backed Securities (RMBS) Consultant, a position that supports our Modeling and Analytics practice.
The Critical Work of an RMBS Consultant at The Oakleaf Group

By designing and executing mortgage collateral and private-label RMBS cash flow analyses, you contribute to providing critical insights to our clients.
