Sean McNaboe serves as a Senior Advisor to Oakleaf. In his role, Sean will lead efforts to expand Oakleaf’s servicing and origination compliance and risk management offerings to new and existing clients across the mortgage industry. He will also provide subject matter expertise in the delivery of these consulting services. Sean brings deep consulting experience as well as mortgage industry expertise gained over the past 24 years in the financial services sector.

Prior to partnering with Oakleaf, Sean served as Enterprise Sales Director for a fintech start-up that operates in the mortgage space. Past experiences include leadership roles with boutique as well as Big4 consulting firms, and several banks and mortgage lenders.  Sean is also an Adjunct Professor at Anne Arundel Community College in Arnold, MD.

Sean is a graduate of the Mortgage Bankers Association’s Future Leaders Program (2016) and the American Bankers Association’s Compliance School. He is also a regular instructor for the MBA’s Mortgage Banking Bound program. Sean received his B.A. in Economics and his M.B.A. in Finance from University of Maryland, College Park.
