Andreas Knispel serves as Senior Managing Director of Business Development. In his role, Andreas is tasked with driving the expansion of Oakleaf’s Financial Modeling & Data Analytics Advisory Services within the mortgage industry, aligning the company’s offerings with industry demands. He collaborates closely with business leaders to enhance brand visibility and refine our service delivery solutions, partnering with leadership to ensure we consistently deliver premium, tailored solutions.

Andreas brings over 27 years of new business development, account management, and sales management experience. Prior to joining Oakleaf, he was instrumental in advancing several digital transformation and technology service firms. He has sold software engineering services and solutions, including managed services, design, application development, data engineering, AI/ML analytics, intelligent automation, cloud, mobile, and DevOps. In addition, he has demonstrated leadership in managing sales teams, project managers, and consultants.

Andreas served on Active Duty as a Non-Commissioned Officer and actively supports Veteran causes, holding leadership roles in two Veterans’ organizations.
