Amy Morton is Managing Director of the Mortgage Services team at Oakleaf. She is responsible for managing the team that provides mortgage consulting servicing, third-party due diligence, and litigation support for RMBS projects. Amy is a legal and financial professional with nearly 20 years of experience assisting clients with regulatory compliance and litigation matters.

In addition to her substantive expertise regarding compliance issues, Amy has extensive management experience, leading review teams and managing the quality control process for both current and forensic underwriting projects. Prior to joining Oakleaf, Amy worked as an attorney assisting multinational clients with a variety of regulatory and litigation matters.

Amy holds a BA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a J.D. from the University of Michigan.
