The Oakleaf team is proud to announce we are celebrating our 15-year anniversary.

Founded in 2007, Oakleaf started as a two-man operation with a singular goal: to provide exceptional risk modeling services to the mortgage and financial services industries while always maintaining integrity, quality, and transparency. Thanks to hard work and smart hires, Oakleaf has become one of the nation’s leading mortgage consulting firms.

This milestone could not have been possible without the dedication and hard work of our employees and their commitment to the success of our clients. I would like to thank each and every one of our team members, past and present. Our success would not have been achieved without you. And thank you to our clients and partners. Your continued support in our service offerings and people has helped Oakleaf to thrive these past 15 years.

Over the past decade and a half, Oakleaf has proven our ability to adapt and innovate in order to meet the needs of our clients and the market. Our expertise has evolved to include servicing and origination compliance, loan review, financial modeling, data analytics, and litigation support. What started with one client – Fannie Mae – has grown to include banks, non-bank mortgage lenders, credit unions, asset-managers, investors, trustees, servicers, federal agencies, mortgage insurance companies, and more.

We continue to innovate, develop new ways to support and bring value to our clients. In the last 12 months alone, our team has developed new service offerings, including RMBS Investor Notice Monitoring and RMBS Termination Audits. We’ve developed and launched our newest practice – Mortgage Servicing Solutions. And we’ve expanded our team to keep pace with increased sales and delivery of services.

And we’re just getting started. I’m excited to see what the future holds for Oakleaf, but even more thrilled to share this journey with such an amazing team by my side. I’ve always maintained that Oakleaf’s greatest attribute is our people. It’s truly an honor to lead this talented and motivated group of individuals.
