Sally Pak serves as a Senior Client Manager at The Oakleaf Group, partnering with leading financial institutions to strengthen vendor relationships and support large-scale workforce initiatives. With a background in human capital management, Sally bring a people-first approach to every project. She is passionate about building strong client partnerships, providing solutions, optimizing processes and helping teams thrive.
Prior to joining the Oakleaf, Sally worked for Allegis Global Solutions as a Staffing Services Procurement Specialist. Her past experiences include working as a Senior Client Manager in IT Services companies supporting commercial and federal accounts.
Sally graduated from George Mason University with a BA in Communications and a concentration in journalism. She has received Change Management for HR, Strategic Workforce Planning, People Analytics for Human Resource and Strategic HR Business Partner certifications from the Human Capital Institute. She also has completed LinkedIn Learning Courses and Certifications in The 10 Pillars of Customer Experience, Generative AI for Sales and Services Professionals and Artificial Intelligence Foundations Machine Learning.
